The fully-lined fabric, softly folded at the window, creates an opulent impression, while at the same time being very functional at an affordable price.  Roman blinds are made up with no visible stitching on the front and can either be lined, or interlined to produce a luxury finish. Beads and trimmings can be added if required to compliment the blind.
